To start the refund process, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and photos of the item showing the issue. Items returned for a refund must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery. Sale or promotional items are only eligible for refunds if they are defective or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent).
